Hello, I’m Lottie and I read oracle and tarot cards. Check out my reviews of readings I have done so far by clicking here and my code of ethics below. Currently I am in the practising stage and sometimes offer free readings in the tarot practice forums on Reddit. But feel free to subscribe for details of when I’m ready to offer this more widely.

Reading Code of Ethics

1. Confidentiality:

All readings are private and confidential between me and the person I am reading for.

2. Ethos:

I will always provide readings with compassion, from a place of love, and in a non-judgmental manner. I welcome people of all cultures, religions, spiritual paths, sexual orientations and gender identity.

3. Guidance not prediction:

All my readings are intended as guidance and for self reflection, which you are completely free to take or ignore. It is my belief that our lives are not on a fixed path and the future is not set in stone. Whilst I feel there might be some events on our life path that could be predetermined, we all have a huge amount of free will and the power to act is in your hands. I will never interfere with this. If you are looking for predictions about the future, I am not the reader for you.

4. Honesty and openness:

I will give readings to the best of my ability and will honestly admit when I cannot interpret something. I will always tell the truth, but not impose information on someone that they have clearly indicated that they do not wish to know or explore further in depth.

5. Expertise:

I will not give advice in areas for which I am not qualified. If the person I’m reading for needs a physician, psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor, accountant, or any other professional service for which I am not qualified, I will encourage him or her to seek such service from someone who is qualified in that area.

6. Independence:

I will not let anyone to become overly dependent upon my services, nor pressure them for return visits.

7. Other parties:

I will only read the situation from perspective of the person I am reading as I believe it is unfair to read a third party without their permission. Nor will I do a reading for anyone under 18 years old without the permission of a parent or guardian.

8. Refusals:

I reserve the right to refuse to do a reading for a question that I feel I cannot answer, or one that goes against my code of ethics

9. Liability Disclaimer:

I make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, information, content, materials, or services offered. By having a reading, you explicitly acknowledge that all readings and advice arising therefrom are provided and intended for the sole purpose of entertainment. Any decisions or actions taken by you as a result of your reading are your sole responsibility. I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any decisions, subsequent to, or based on, my readings. Please use your own common sense and judgment at all times.
