I always feel better when I go outside. There is something about nature that is very soothing and comforting. So today’s “hug from spirit” is about connecting with the healing power of nature.
If you are like me it can sometimes feel like the things that are good for us need a lot of effort or time. But actually it only takes a few minutes to feel the benefits.
Perhaps a quick cup of coffee outside under the trees, or taking a moment to inhale the sweet scent of budding plants nearby. Even bringing a few flowers inside to brighten up your space or listening to the birdsong as dawn breaks when you wake up.
That connection can feel like a warm and loving hug before you engage with everyday life again.
